The invention discloses a high-safety crane, which comprises a base, an upright post, an execution mechanism, a control operation room, a remote control receiving part, a remote control emitter, a balance beam, a hoisting beam and a hoisting head; the upright post is installed on the base; the control operation room is positioned on the upright post; the remote control receiving part is installed outside the control operation room and connected with a control mechanism in the control operation room; and the balance beam, the hoisting beam and the hoisting head are positioned on the top of the upright post. The high-safety crane disclosed by the invention is safe, reliable and convenient to operate; by adopting the double control manners including wireless remote control and the operation room, the flexibility and the convenience for operating the crane are realized; the hoisting working safety is increased; and furthermore, the working efficiency is greatly increased.
