The invention provides a detection and early warning method, device and equipment for automobile fatigue driving and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: reconstructing a to-be-detected image through employing a low-rank approximation method, and obtaining a reconstructed to-be-detected image; extracting facial features in the reconstructed to-be-detected image, and calculating a current eye aspect ratio, a current mouth aspect ratio and a current head pitching angle through the facial features; determining the size of a dynamic deviation operator according to the change degree of the current eye aspect ratio and the original eye aspect ratio and the change degree of the current mouth aspect ratio and the original mouth aspect ratio; combining the values of the current eye aspect ratio and the current mouth aspect ratio by using a dynamic deviation operator to obtain a dynamic weighted sum of the eyes and the mouth; judging the pitching angle state of driving, and judging fatigue driving if the current head pitching angle is greater than a pitching angle threshold value; otherwise, judging the opening and closing states of the eyes and the mouth of the driver, and judging fatigue driving if the dynamic weighted sum of the eyes and the mouth is greater than the synthetic threshold of the eyes and the mouth.
