A transport availability determination device (10) is provided with a distance measurement unit (14) and a control unit (13). A distance measurement unit (14) acquires distance information to an object. On the basis of the distance information to the object acquired by the distance measurement unit (14), the control unit (13) determines the state of the loaded cargo (31) when the object is the transport table (30) on which the cargo (31) is loaded. On the basis of the determined state of the cargo (31), the control unit (13) determines whether or not a transportable condition, which is a condition for allowing the forklift (20) to transport the cargo (31), is satisfied.

输送可否判定装置(10)具备距离测定部(14)以及控制部(13)。距离测定部(14)取得到对象物的距离信息。控制部(13)根据在距离测量部(14)中取得的到对象物的距离信息，在对象物是装载了货物(31)的输送台(30)的情况下，判定该装载货物(31)的状态。控制部(13)基于所判定的货物(31)的状态，判定作为允许叉车(20)对货物(31)进行输送的条件的可输送条件的成立与否。
