The invention discloses an evacuation traffic control optimization method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring data of a current local sudden disaster scene, an evacuation traffic demand scene and a road network structure and attributes, establishing an objective function according to the acquired data of evacuation traffic control optimization, and constructing a mixed integer linear programming model as a constraint condition; an optimal solution of the evacuation traffic control optimization model is solved by calling a solver, and an evacuation traffic control optimization scheme of the disaster-affected area road network is obtained; based on the obtained evacuation traffic control optimization scheme, an objective function and constraint conditions of current real-time evacuation traffic control optimization are established; and circularly executing the steps, and obtaining a final evacuation traffic control optimization scheme by simulating different disaster scenes, evacuation traffic demand scenes and road network structures and attributes. According to the invention, by obtaining the lane reverse direction and cross conflict steering control rule of evacuation traffic operation under local sudden disasters, an evacuation traffic control optimization scheme is planned for potential disasters.

    本发明公开了一种疏散交通控制优化方法,包括获取当前局域突发灾害场景、疏散交通需求场景,以及路网结构和属性的数据,根据获取的疏散交通控制优化的数据建立目标函数,再构建混合整数线性规划模型作为约束条件;通过调用求解器求解出疏散交通控制优化模型的最优解,并获得受灾区域路网的疏散交通控制优化方案;基于获取的疏散交通控制优化方案,建立当前实时疏散交通控制优化的目标函数和约束条件;循环执行上述步骤,通过模拟不同灾害场景、疏散交通需求场景,以及路网结构及属性,并获得最终疏散交通控制优化方案。本发明通过获取局域突发灾害下疏散交通运行的车道反向与交叉冲突转向控制规律,为潜在灾害规划疏散交通控制最优化方案。
