本公开提供一种计轴异常状态判定方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备。所述方法包括：获取目标计轴区段内的目标计轴数据及列车运行信息；根据所述目标计轴数据和所述列车运行信息判定所述目标计轴区段是否为异常状态。本公开通过在计轴系统与地面ATP系统间建立通信连接的方式，为地面ATP判定计轴异常状态提供了更丰富多元的数据支撑，解决了连续多计轴区段故障时异常状态判定的安全风险问题，对于无列车完整性检测的系统同样适用，提高了异常状态判定的准确性，大大降低了因计轴故障而对列车运营效率造成的影响。
