A group of iron cores are fixedly connected to the bottom of a cross beam, the iron cores are provided with supporting mechanisms, excitation coils are arranged on the upper portions of the iron cores in a sleeving mode, the inner walls of the coils make contact with the upper portions of the iron cores, the tops of the excitation coils make contact with the bottom of the cross beam through the supporting mechanisms, and permanent magnets are arranged between the iron cores. The two ends of the bottom of the cross beam are fixedly connected with auxiliary magnetic poles, permanent magnet half bodies are arranged between the auxiliary magnetic poles and the adjacent iron cores, one ends of the permanent magnet half bodies make contact with the auxiliary magnetic poles, and the other ends of the permanent magnet half bodies make contact with the lower portions of the iron cores. After the excitation coil is electrified, eddy current is generated on the steel rail through a magnetic loop generated by the cross beam, the iron core and the steel rail, so that non-friction braking on a vehicle is generated between the railway vehicle and the steel rail, the defect of an existing single electrified excitation wire eddy current brake is overcome, and the functional weight of the brake is reduced under the condition that the basic braking requirement is met; the excitation power is reduced, and the comprehensive cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型混合励磁线涡流制动器及轨道车辆,通过在横梁底部固定连接一组铁芯,铁芯设有支撑机构,励磁线圈套设于铁芯上部,线圈内壁与铁芯上部接触,通过支撑机构使励磁线圈顶部与横梁底部接触,铁芯之间设置永磁体,永磁体与铁芯下部接触,横梁底部两端固定连接有辅助磁极,辅助磁极与相邻铁芯之间设有永磁半体,永磁半体的一端与辅助磁极接触,另一端与铁芯下部接触;在励磁线圈通电后,通过横梁、铁芯和钢轨产生的磁回路,在钢轨产生涡流,从而在轨道车辆和钢轨之间产生对车辆的非摩擦制动,克服了现有单一通电励磁线涡流制动器的缺点,在满足基本制动要求的情况下,减少了制动器的功能重量,降低了励磁功率,降低了综合成本。
