Abstract

The invention discloses a simulation test device for automatic docking of simple aircraft cabin segments, which comprises an active end docking mechanism and a passive end docking mechanism, and is characterized in that the active end docking mechanism comprises an active end docking unit, a six-degree-of-freedom parallel unit and a mobile supporting unit which are arranged from top to bottom; the active end butt joint mechanism comprises an active end butt joint unit and a six-degree-of-freedom parallel connection unit, the active end butt joint unit is hinged to the six-degree-of-freedom parallel connection unit, the six-degree-of-freedom parallel connection unit is fixedly connected with the movable supporting unit, the passive end butt joint mechanism comprises a passive end butt joint unit and an adjusting supporting unit, and the passive end butt joint unit is connected with the adjusting supporting unit. According to the simulation test device for the automatic docking of the simple aircraft cabin section, which adopts the structure, the automatic docking simulation test of various types of aircraft cabin sections can be quickly, conveniently and effectively carried out by using the simulation test device for the automatic docking of the simple aircraft cabin section.

本发明公开了一种简易飞行器舱段自动对接的模拟试验装置，包括主动端对接机构和被动端对接机构，所述主动端对接机构包括由上至下设置的主动端对接单元、六自由度并联单元和移动支撑单元，所述主动端对接单元与所述六自由度并联单元铰接，所述六自由度并联单元与所述移动支撑单元固定连接，所述被动端对接机构包括被动端对接单元和调节支撑单元，所述被动端对接单元与所述调节支撑单元连接。本发明采用上述结构的一种简易飞行器舱段自动对接的模拟试验装置，通过使用本发明的简易飞行器舱段自动对接模拟试验装置，即可快速便捷有效地开展各种类型飞行器舱段自动对接模拟试验。
