The invention discloses a mooring stabilizing method and device for ship berthing. The method comprises the steps that external environment parameters and ship parameters are obtained; acquiring relative position information of the ship and the wharf, and determining the position of the ship in the wind current according to the relative position information; according to the external environment parameters, the ship parameters and the position of the ship in the air flow, the expected distance between the bollards, the expected distance between the ship and the shore and the expected length of each mooring rope are determined; and the rolling angular speed of the ship and the ship rotating torque of the environmental factors are obtained and sent to the mooring stabilizing device, so that the mooring stabilizing device assists in ship mooring. By combining the current external environment condition and the parameters of the ship, the expected distance between the bollards, the expected distance between the ship and the shore and the expected length of each mooring rope of the ship under different wind current conditions are determined, the berthing state of the ship is accurately controlled, the safety and economic benefits during berthing of the ship are guaranteed, and the method is suitable for popularization and application. The device can be widely applied to the fields of ship berthing and ship mooring.

    本发明公开了一种船舶靠泊的系泊稳定方法与装置,方法包括:获取外部环境参数与船舶参数;获取船舶与码头的相对位置信息,并根据相对位置信息确定船舶在风流中的所处位置;根据外部环境参数与船舶参数以及船舶在风流中的所处位置,确定各缆桩之间的期望距离、船岸期望距离以及各缆绳的期望长度;获取船舶的横摇角速度与环境因素的转船力矩,并发送至系泊稳定装置,以供系泊稳定装置辅助船舶系泊。本发明通过结合船舶当前外部环境情况和自身参数,确定船舶在不同风流情况下各缆桩之间的期望距离、船岸期望距离以及各缆绳的期望长度,精准地控制船舶停泊状态,保证了船舶停泊时的安全以及经济效益,可广泛应用于船舶靠泊与船舶系泊领域。
