The invention provides a prefabricated building prefabricated part hoisting method which comprises a hanging bracket, two first sliding rails are symmetrically fixed to the lower end face of the hanging bracket, two sliding plates are slidably connected to the two first sliding rails, an adjusting structure is arranged in the hanging bracket, and a hook structure is arranged on the upper side of the hanging bracket. Mounting plates are fixedly connected to the lower end faces of the two sliding plates, first air cylinders are arranged at the two ends of the outer side walls of the mounting plates correspondingly, each first air cylinder is sleeved with two clamping sleeves, and the two clamping sleeves are fixedly connected with the mounting plates correspondingly. According to the hoisting device, through the arrangement of the opening structure, the second air cylinder, the moving plate, the shifting structure and the stirring structure, the position of the hoisted prefabricated part is automatically and finely adjusted, the hoisting accuracy and the hoisting efficiency are improved, and the problem that in the prior art, the position of the hoisted prefabricated part needs to be manually adjusted is solved.
