The invention provides an offshore floating type chemical fertilizer production platform. The offshore floating type chemical fertilizer production platform comprises a gas purification module (114), an ammonia production module (115) and a chemical fertilizer production module (116) which are sequentially communicated on the floating type chemical fertilizer production platform (101), the air separation module (111) is communicated with the gas purification module (114) to provide a nitrogen source; the seawater desalination module (109) is sequentially communicated with the electrolytic hydrogen production module (110) and the gas purification module (114) to provide a hydrogen source; the carbon dioxide capture module (112) is sequentially communicated with the carbon dioxide gas storage tank (113) and the chemical fertilizer production module (116) to provide a carbon source. The method does not discharge carbon, can capture carbon dioxide as a chemical fertilizer raw material, realizes negative discharge of carbon dioxide, no pollution, no carbon discharge and sufficient energy, solves the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution in chemical fertilizer production, is green and environment-friendly, and is low in long-term operation cost.

    本发明提供一种海上浮式化肥生产平台,包括浮式化肥生产平台(101)上依次连通的气体提纯模块(114)、制氨模块(115)、化肥生产模块(116);空气分离模块(111)连通所述气体提纯模块(114)提供氮源;海水淡化模块(109)依次连通电解制氢模块(110)、所述气体提纯模块(114)提供氢源;二氧化碳捕集模块(112)依次连通二氧化碳气体储罐(113)、化肥生产模块(116)提供碳源。本发明本身不排碳,还可捕集二氧化碳作为化肥原材料,实现了二氧化碳的负排放,无污染,无碳排放,能量充足,解决了化肥生产能耗大,污染高的问题,不仅绿色环保,而且长期运营成本低。
