The invention discloses a cross-medium tension-torsion test platform and a cross-medium tension-torsion test method for an amphibious rotorcraft. The test platform comprises a motor, a gear meshing transmission device, a test platform support, a test box, a dynamic simulation device and a water level adjusting device. The test platform support comprises three thrust pull rods and a Y-shaped support, and the thrust pull rods play a role in controlling the height of the test platform and controlling the flight angle of the rotorcraft. The rotor craft fixing platform is of a platform structure composed of three strain gauges, and the tension and torsional moment of the rotor craft can be measured through the structure. The test box is a closed transparent space, and the medium of the test platform is changed to obtain the tension and torsion data of the rotorcraft flying in different media, so that the safety of the experiment is enhanced. The device has the characteristics of simple and reliable structure, convenience in assembly and convenience in observation. The dynamic simulation device can simulate the flowing conditions of lakes, rivers and the atmosphere, the experiment dimension is expanded, and the simulation degree of the experiment is improved.
