A communication ECU (100) equivalent to a communication control device controls communication between a vehicle (A) and the outside of the vehicle. A communication ECU is provided with a requested bandwidth calculation unit (130) corresponding to a calculation unit that calculates a requested bandwidth, which is a communication bandwidth requested for execution of a specific process in a vehicle, on the basis of at least one of the computing capability and the sensing capability of the vehicle. The communication ECU is provided with: a bandwidth request unit (140) that corresponds to a request unit that requests the center server to ensure the requested bandwidth; and a cooperation condition notification unit (150) that corresponds to a regulation unit that regulates a used frequency band, which is a communication bandwidth used by the vehicle, on the basis of a response to the request to ensure the requested bandwidth.

    相当于通信控制装置的通信ECU(100)控制车辆(A)与车辆的外部之间的通信。通信ECU具备相当于基于车辆的运算能力以及感测能力中的至少一方计算为了车辆中的特定处理的执行而请求的通信带宽亦即请求带宽的计算部的请求带宽计算部(130)。通信ECU具备相当于对中心服务器请求确保请求带宽的请求部的带宽请求部(140)、和相当于基于针对确保请求带宽的请求的响应,规定由车辆利用的通信带宽亦即利用频带的规定部的协作条件通知部(150)。
