The invention discloses a charging and discharging interaction method, a charging and discharging device, a cloud server, a system and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of electric power. The charging and discharging interaction method comprises: a charging and discharging device (11) sending a vehicle-to-power-grid V2G function confirmation message to a battery management system of a target vehicle (12) (step S201); if the charging/discharging device (11) does not receive a V2G function feedback message fed back by the battery management system within a preset duration after the V2G function confirmation message is transmitted, the charging/discharging device (11) transmits a first indication message to the cloud server (13), the first indication message being used for indicating that the target vehicle (12) does not support the V2G function (step S202); and the charging and discharging device (11) performs non-V2G charging on the target vehicle (12) in response to the non-V2G charging instruction received from the cloud server (step S203). The usability of the charging/discharging device (11) can be improved.
