The invention discloses a vehicle logo assembly which comprises a vehicle logo part and further comprises a base, a touch film switch and a pressing electric control switch arranged on the base, and the vehicle logo part is movably connected with the base so as to operate the pressing electric control switch by moving relative to the base; the touch film switch is arranged at the position of the vehicle logo part so that the touch film switch can be touched from the outside of the vehicle logo part to cause a touch reaction. When the vehicle logo assembly is used, in practical application, control signals cannot be formed by touching the vehicle logo assembly at will, control signals cannot be formed by external force impact in the driving process, and the driving risk is avoided. In conclusion, the car logo assembly can effectively solve the problem that the current car logo function reuse is not safe. The invention further discloses a vehicle body comprising the vehicle logo assembly.

本发明公开了一种车标组件，包括车标部，还包括底座、触摸膜开关和设置于所述底座上的按压电控开关，所述车标部与所述底座活动连接以通过相对所述底座活动以操作所述按压电控开关；所述触摸膜开关设置于所述车标部处，以能够从所述车标部外部触摸引起触摸反应。使用该车标组件，在实际应用中，不会因为随意触摸车标组件即形成控制信号，也不会因为驾驶过程中，受到外力撞击而形成控制信号，避免了驾驶风险。综上所述，该车标组件能够有效地解决目前的车标功能复用不安全的问题。本发明还公开了一种包括上述车标组件的车体。
