The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power engineering, and discloses a hoisting method for bundling steel pipe piles, a hoisting mechanism comprises two mounting rings, a mounting groove is formed in one side of each mounting ring, and an inner transmission gear ring is rotationally connected into each mounting groove; and the inner surface of the inner transmission gear ring is in meshed connection with a plurality of first transmission gears rotationally connected with the mounting groove, and the outer surfaces of the first transmission gears are in meshed connection with transmission racks slidably connected with the mounting ring. An inner transmission mechanism in a mounting ring on the hoisting mechanism drives an outer transmission gear ring to rotate, the outer transmission gear ring drives an inner transmission gear ring to rotate, the inner transmission gear ring drives a clamping block to move through a first transmission gear and a transmission rack to clamp and fix a tubular pile column, and then through cooperation of a hoisting rope mechanism and a clamping mechanism, the tubular pile column is clamped and fixed. The steel pipe piles with different pile diameters and different lengths are hoisted, the applicability is high, the hoisting task can be completed through random combination, and the economic benefit is high.

    本发明涉及海上风电工程技术领域,且公开了一种钢管桩捆桩的吊装方法,所述吊装机构包括两个安装圈,所述安装圈的一侧开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内转动连接有内传动齿圈,所述内传动齿圈的内表面啮合连接有与安装槽转动连接的多个第一传动齿轮,所述第一传动齿轮的外表面啮合连接有与安装圈滑动连接的传动齿条,该一种钢管桩捆桩的吊装方法,通过吊装机构上安装圈内传动机构带动外传动齿圈转动,外传动齿圈带动内传动齿轮圈转动,内传动齿圈通过第一传动齿轮和传动齿条带动夹持块移动对管桩柱进行夹持固定,再通过吊绳机构和卡接机构的配合,实现了对不同桩径不同长度的钢管桩进行吊装,适用性强,可以随意组合完成吊装任务,经济效益高。
