The invention discloses an electric vehicle and an active discharge control method, device and system thereof, and the method comprises the steps: controlling the speed of the electric vehicle and the output torque of a motor to be zero when the electric vehicle is collided; after the vehicle speed and the motor output torque are controlled to be zero, an open circuit instruction is sent to a battery management module, so that the battery management module controls a path between a power battery and a high-voltage loop to be in an open state according to the open circuit instruction; and according to the communication states of the vehicle control unit, the motor controller and the battery management module, a motor control instruction is sent to the motor controller, so that the motor controller controls the running state of the motor according to the motor control instruction. According to the technical scheme, when the electric vehicle collides, the vehicle can be controlled to stop in time, the high-voltage loop is disconnected, passengers or pedestrians are prevented from electric shock danger, and the personal safety of the passengers and the pedestrians is protected.

    本发明公开了一种电动车辆及其主动放电控制方法、装置和系统,该电动车辆主动放电控制方法包括:在电动车辆发生碰撞时,控制电动车辆的车速和电机输出扭矩均为零;在控制车速和电机输出扭矩均为零后,向电池管理模块发送断路指令,以使电池管理模块根据断路指令,控制动力电池与高压回路之间的通路处于断开状态;根据整车控制器、电机控制器和电池管理模块的通讯状态,向电机控制器发送电机控制指令,以使电机控制器根据电机控制指令控制电机的运行状态。本发明的技术方案,在电动车辆发生碰撞时,能够及时控制车辆停下,并断开高压回路,避免乘员或行人发生触电危险,保护乘员和行人的人身安全。
