The interlocking module comprises an electric service maintenance machine, a first interlocking machine and an interlocking side first communication gateway; the IO module comprises an IO side first communication gateway and an IO execution module; the interlocking module and the IO module are connected through the Ethernet. According to the invention, the interlocking module is connected with the IO module through the Ethernet, so that a long-distance and high-speed transmission effect is realized; a distributed networking communication effect is realized through a mapping relation among a first interlocking machine, an interlocking side first communication gateway, an IO side first communication gateway and an IO execution module, an address expansion function is realized, and the number of supportable IO side communication gateways is expanded; and a DI interface and a DO interface which are used for receiving non-secure data messages are additionally arranged on the IO side communication gateway and are used for monitoring and controlling the IO execution module, so that the complexity of remote manual maintenance can be reduced.
