The invention relates to the field of ships, and discloses a ship smoke exhaust device and a ship. The ship smoke exhaust device comprises a chimney top plate, a shielding grating and an exhaust pipe, the shielding grating is located on the outer side of the chimney top plate and fixedly connected to the chimney top plate, and the shielding grating comprises at least three grating bodies distributed in the circumferential direction; the at least three grille bodies are connected end to end to define a shielding space; one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with an exhaust port of a ship engine, and the other end is fixedly connected to the chimney top plate and extends out of the chimney top plate; and the part of the exhaust pipe outside the chimney top plate is completely arranged in the shielding space. The part, located on the top plate of the chimney, of the exhaust pipe is completely arranged in the shielding space, the exposed exhaust pipe is shielded through the shielding grating, it is avoided that the appearance of a ship is affected by exposure of the exhaust pipe, and use of a ship engine cannot be affected at all; and the shielding grating also has an effect of reducing exhaust noise to a certain extent.

本发明涉及船舶领域，公开了一种船舶排烟装置及船舶，其中，船舶排烟装置包括烟囱顶板、遮蔽格栅和排气管，遮蔽格栅位于烟囱顶板外侧且固定连接于烟囱顶板，遮蔽格栅包括至少三个周向分布的格栅本体，至少三个格栅本体首尾相接围成有遮蔽空间；排气管的一端用于连接船舶发动机的排气口，另一端固定连接于烟囱顶板并伸出至烟囱顶板外；排气管位于烟囱顶板外的部分完全置于遮蔽空间内。本发明将排气管位于烟囱顶板的部分完全置于遮蔽空间内，利用遮蔽格栅对外露的排气管进行遮蔽，避免排气管外露影响船舶的美观性，而且不会对船舶发动机的使用造成任何影响；而且遮蔽格栅在一定程度还具有减小排气噪音的作用。
