Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of railway lowering equipment, and discloses a railway lowering device in a vertical shaft, which comprises a mounting seat, a winch is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the mounting seat, a bottom plate is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the mounting seat, and a first pulley and a second pulley are respectively arranged above the bottom plate. The fixed shaft of the pushing mechanism is fixedly connected with the sleeve shaft of the second pulley, and the second pulley is driven to rotate through paying off of a steel rope in the railway lowering process, so that the pushing mechanism extrudes pressure oil in the fixed pipe, and then lubricating oil in the control mechanism is pushed to be slowly extruded outwards; the lubricating oil is automatically introduced into the through hole through cooperation with the second pipe and the third pipe, when the sleeve shaft rotates slowly, the lubricating oil is guided into the side groove of the sleeve shaft, sufficient and uniform lubrication is completed along with rotation of the sleeve shaft, automatic lubrication is achieved, the difficulty of manual lubrication operation is greatly reduced, the lubrication quality is improved, and the use effect is good.

本发明属于铁道下放设备技术领域，且公开了竖井内铁道下放装置，包括安装座，所述安装座的顶面固定安装有卷扬机，所述安装座的侧面固定安装有底板，所述底板的上方分别设有一号滑轮和二号滑轮。本发明通过使得推动机构的固定轴与二号滑轮的套轴固定连接，通过利用下放铁道过程中钢绳的放线，带动二号滑轮旋转，从而实现推动机构挤压固定管中的压力油，进而推动控制机构中的滑油向外缓慢挤出，配合二号管和三号管将滑油自动通入到通孔中，并在套轴缓慢旋转时，将滑油引导至套轴的侧槽中，随着套轴旋转完成充分且均匀的润滑，实现自动润滑，大大降低了人工润滑操作的难度，提高润滑质量，使用效果好。
