The invention relates to an intelligent scheduling system based on bulk and general cargo wharfs. The system comprises a particle swarm optimization calculation module and a calculation factor analysis module. The algorithm input and output module adopts a particle swarm optimization algorithm, the algorithm has the characteristics of being simple, efficient and easy and convenient to implement, the scheduling problem of the whole bulk cargo wharf is solved from the global perspective, the algorithm should give a planning scheme in a short time, interaction with manpower is carried out to a certain degree according to the actual situation of the wharf, and the scheduling efficiency is improved. According to the method, the special conditions occurring in the wharf are quantitatively input into the algorithm, the algorithm can positively respond to the special conditions, and in addition, the scheduling scheme given by the algorithm is allowed to be dynamically adjusted according to the actual conditions so as to meet the actual requirements.
