Abstract

The invention discloses a tank-type circuit breaker lifting device. The tank-type circuit breaker lifting device comprises a base which is formed by vertically fixing a longitudinal support and a transverse support; a guide column system and a hydraulic cylinder system are fixed on the transverse bracket; one ends of the guide column system and the hydraulic cylinder system are connected with the supporting cross beam; the supporting cross beam is provided with a concave surface which is used for placing a tank body; the hydraulic cylinder system lifts the height of the supporting cross beam; the guide column system stably supports the cross beam. The lifting device is connected with the equipment, a hydraulic system of the lifting device enables the tank-type circuit breaker to be stably lifted, a support is conveniently added at the position of a supporting leg of the circuit breaker, the purpose of replacing a hydraulic mechanism is finally achieved, and safety and reliability in the equipment overhauling process are guaranteed. The invention has the advantages of few parts, simple manufacturing and processing, and simple on-site assembly. Therefore, the device is mature in process, simple in structure and suitable for batch production in factories.

本发明公开了一种罐式断路器升降装置，包括：通过纵向支架与横向支架相互垂直固定形成底座；横向支架上固定有导向柱系统和液压缸系统；导向柱系统和液压缸系统的一端与支撑横梁连接；支撑横梁设置有凹面，凹面用于放置罐体；液压缸系统提升支撑横梁的高度；导向柱系统稳定支撑横梁。本发明通过将升降装置与设备连接，升降装置的液压系统使罐式断路器平稳升高，方便在断路器支腿处增加支架，最终实现更换液压机构的目的，保证设备检修过程中的安全可靠性。本发明零件数量少，制造加工简单，现场组装简易。因此，本发明工艺成熟，结构简单，适于工厂批量生产。
