The soft robot is formed by mechanically cutting a hydrophobic graphene film, the graphene film is prepared by performing synchronous reduction, cross-linking and hydrophobic modification on graphene oxide after film formation through silane steam at a high temperature, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide through an improved Hummer method, and dispersing the graphene oxide in water to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a self-supporting graphene oxide film from a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion through the processes of suction filtration, spin coating, dispensing and the like; and placing the self-supported graphene oxide film in a dryer, adding silane to react, taking out the self-supported graphene oxide film, and vacuumizing for three times to remove unreacted silane, so as to obtain the modified graphene film. The soft robot has the photo-thermal conversion capacity, can emit heat under illumination, and is driven by the Malangori effect to freely walk on the water surface.
本发明公开了一种可在水面自由行走的石墨烯软体机器人及其制备方法。软体机器人由疏水性的石墨烯薄膜经机械切割成,石墨烯薄膜由氧化石墨烯成膜后经硅烷蒸气在高温下进行同步还原、交联和疏水改性制得,制备是经改进的Hummer法制备获得氧化石墨烯,分散在水中得到氧化石墨烯水分散液;采用氧化石墨烯水分散液通过抽滤、旋涂、滴涂等工艺制备获得自支撑的氧化石墨烯薄膜;将自支撑的氧化石墨烯薄膜置于干燥器内,加入硅烷反应后取出,抽真空三次以去除未反应的硅烷,得到改性石墨烯薄膜。本发明的软体机器人具有光热转化能力,可在光照下发热,由马兰戈尼效应驱动其在水面自由行走。
