本发明提出一种加边梁可移动式集装箱挂车，包括挂车，所述挂车上设有集装箱，所述挂车上设有收紧机构，所述收紧机构通过钢丝绳连接集装箱拉动集装箱移动。所述收紧机构包括前收紧机构与后收紧机构，所述前收紧机构与后收紧机构通过钢丝绳连接于集装箱。所述收紧机构包括转轴，所述转轴的两端设有缠绕钢丝绳的收紧轮，所述转轴的中间位置设有滑轮，所述滑轮的下方设有适配的滑轮卡座。本发明也可采用其他外力带动转轴旋转从而拉动集装箱移动，本发明通过转轴转动带动收紧轮旋转拉动集装箱向前移动，在冰雪天气后车轮打滑的情况时，减轻挂车后方的压力，可以有效的防止冰雪路面以及上坡后方驱动轮打滑的现象。
