The vibration and noise reduction connecting plate structure between the maintenance-free plate spring layers comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a rubber layer located between the top plate and the bottom plate, the top plate, the bottom plate and the rubber layer are vulcanized into a whole, and a first positioning assembly is arranged between the top plate and a plate spring upper plate; and a second positioning assembly is arranged between the bottom plate and the plate spring lower plate. The invention further discloses a plate spring which comprises an upper plate of the plate spring and a lower plate of the plate spring, and the vibration and noise reduction connecting plate structure between the maintenance-free plate spring layers is arranged between the upper plate of the plate spring and the lower plate of the plate spring. The method has the advantages that friction between plate spring layers can be avoided, and maintenance-free in the whole life cycle is achieved.
