The invention relates to the technical field of industrial rubber products, in particular to a rubber tire prepared from a monatomic zinc material with ultralow zinc content and a preparation method of the rubber tire. The rubber tire comprises a rubber belt, a rubber hose, a rubber sealing washer, a rubber roller, a rubber plate and a rubber lining; the industrial rubber product is prepared from the following raw materials: a monatomic zinc material, rubber, a vulcanizing agent, an accelerant, a dispersing agent, a softening agent, an anti-aging agent and a functional filler. The monatomic zinc material is composed of a carrier nano calcium carbonate and transition metal zinc; and the transition metal is anchored at a defect site on the surface of the carrier in a monatomic form. According to the application, the monatomic zinc material is adopted to replace 997 high-quality zinc oxide in the traditional medical rubber industry to serve as a rubber vulcanization activator, so that the use amount of metal zinc can be reduced by 60-70%, non-ferrous metal zinc resources are greatly saved, carbon emission caused by related smelting is reduced, meanwhile, heavy metal residue pollution to the environment is effectively reduced, and industrialization is easy to realize.

    本申请涉及工业橡胶制品技术领域,尤其是一种利用超低锌含量的单原子锌材料制备的橡胶轮胎及其制备方法。橡胶轮胎包括橡胶胶带、橡胶胶管、橡胶密封垫圈、橡胶胶辊、橡胶胶板、橡胶衬里;工业橡胶制品是由包含以下原料制成:单原子锌材料、橡胶、硫化剂、促进剂、分散剂、软化剂、防老剂、功能填料;单原子锌材料是由载体纳米碳酸钙和过渡金属锌组成;过渡金属以单原子的形式锚定在载体表面的缺陷位点。本申请采用单原子锌材料替代传统医用橡胶行业的997优级氧化锌作橡胶硫化活性剂,不仅金属锌用量可降低60%‑70%,大幅度节约有色金属锌资源,减少相关冶炼带来的碳排放,同时有效降低对环境的重金属残留污染,易于实现产业化。
