The invention relates to a vehicle and a method for operating the vehicle. The vehicle includes: a location identification module that creates location information; a road information combining module configured to create first precise map information including a driving route of the vehicle; the object combination module is used for creating second accurate map information including driving routes of surrounding vehicles around the current vehicle; a lane link determination module that selects a lane link at which the first lane and the second lane intersect or converge from the second precise map information; a target determination module configured to determine a target vehicle; the passing priority of each of the current vehicle and the target vehicle passing through the lane link is determined through a priority determination module; the object route creating module is used for creating a driving route of the target vehicle; and the self-adaptive route determining module is used for determining the self-adaptive driving route of the current vehicle.
