The invention discloses a dual-purpose cab platform structure of a tower crane, a mounting method and the tower crane. The dual-purpose cab platform structure comprises a cab platform and an upper support, a first connecting lug plate is mounted at the bottom of the cab platform, and a second connecting lug plate is mounted on the upper support; when the first connecting lug plate is directly connected with the second connecting lug plate, the leveled structure form of the cab is realized; and when the first connecting lug plate is connected with the second connecting lug plate through the connecting bracket, a sunken structure form of the cab is realized. The position of the cab can be freely changed according to different use environments and use requirements, and the high efficiency and safety in the use process are greatly improved.
