The straddle type monorail beam comprises a track beam and the straddle type monorail beam rack rail structure, the multiple rack rail bars are arranged on the two sides of the track beam and are sequentially arranged along the track beam, and longitudinal gaps are reserved between the rack rail bars; and the toothed rail bar is fixedly connected with the track beam through a bolt. The length of the toothed rail bar is 995 mm, the height of the toothed rail bar is 85 mm, and the width of the toothed rail bar is 150 mm; the longitudinal gap between the toothed rail bars is 5 mm. When in use, the adaptive driving gear is mounted on the train, and the driving gear is meshed with the toothed rail to walk, so that the gradeability of the train can be improved, the problem of insufficient gradeability of the existing cloud rail can be solved, the length of a track line for constructing the same altitude can be correspondingly shortened, and the total construction cost of a climbing project line can also be correspondingly reduced.

    本发明涉及跨座式单轨梁齿轨结构、跨座式单轨梁及其安装方法,该跨座式单轨梁齿轨结构包括齿轨条,齿轨条侧面有齿面,所述齿轨条上沿纵向方向间隔设有竖直螺栓孔。该跨座式单轨梁,包括轨道梁和所述的跨座式单轨梁齿轨结构,轨道梁的两侧均设有多个所述齿轨条,多个齿轨条沿轨道梁依次布置,齿轨条间留有纵向间隙;齿轨条通过螺栓与轨道梁固接。齿轨条长995mm,齿轨条高85mm,宽150mm;齿轨条间的纵向间隙为5 mm。使用时,在列车上安装适配的驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与齿轨啮合着行走,能增加其爬坡能力,可解决现有云轨爬坡能力不足的问题,使得建造同样海拔高度的轨道线路长度可相应的缩短,爬坡工程线路总造价也可相应的降低。
