The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent tires, in particular to an array energy harvesting intelligent tire which comprises a tire body, a hub, two circles of electrodes, a wire, an energy storage element sensor module and a plurality of piezoelectric modules. The piezoelectric modules are distributed around the center of a tire in an array mode, after the tire is inflated, the steel rim of the tire is tightly attached to a hub, the piezoelectric modules make contact with and communicate with the two circles of electrodes correspondingly, and the piezoelectric modules distributed in the array mode are connected in parallel to continuously provide energy for a sensor and an energy storage device in the tire. The piezoelectric module is arranged on the tire sidewall, the tire sidewall serves as the maximum deformation part of the whole tire during rolling, and the deformation quantity of the piezoelectric module during rotation of the tire each time is increased, so that the electric quantity output is increased, and the problem that the power of existing tire energy harvesting equipment cannot provide the power for a sensor in the tire to work for a long time and cannot be supplied to the sensor is solved. Therefore, the problem that signals can only be sent to the vehicle machine intermittently is solved.

    本发明涉及智能轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种阵列俘能的智能轮胎,包括轮胎、轮毂、两圈电极、导线、储能元件传感器模块和多个压电模块;压电模块绕轮胎中心阵列分布,在轮胎充气后,轮胎钢圈部位紧贴轮毂,压电模块与两圈电极分别接触连通,通过将阵列分布的压电模块并联,不断为车胎内传感器和储能装置提供能量;通过将压电模块设置在轮胎胎侧部位,胎侧作为整个轮胎在滚动中形变最大的部位,增加压电模块在每次轮胎旋转时的形变量,从而增加电量输出,解决了现有的轮胎俘能设备功率并不能提供轮胎内传感器长时间工作,导致只能间歇性的向车机发出信号的问题。
