The method comprises the steps that when a trailer mode triggering event is detected, a trailer mode of the vehicle is triggered; determining at least one target function of the vehicle; determining an execution device corresponding to each target function on the vehicle; and sending a control signal to the execution device to enable the execution device to control the corresponding target function. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the related functions can be controlled through the execution device when the vehicle enters the trailer mode, so that false triggering of the specific functions in the trailer process is prevented, and potential safety hazards are prevented.
