The present invention provides a seat having a function of evaluating the physical condition of a seated person, capable of enhancing the enthusiasm of the seated person to use the function. A physical condition sharable seat includes a seat body; a sensor (8) for acquiring a measured value of a physical condition of a seated person sitting on the seat body; and the controller (100) is connected with the sensor and is used for acquiring a measured value from the sensor, and the controller has a function of communicating with other equipment. Wherein the controller comprises: an evaluation unit (121) for calculating an evaluation value according to the physical condition; an evaluation value presentation unit (122) for presenting the evaluation value on a terminal device used by the seated person; the shared data acquisition unit (161) is used for acquiring evaluation values of other seated persons; and a shared data presentation unit (162) for presenting the evaluation values of the other seated persons on a terminal device used by the seated person.
