The invention provides a telescopic track mechanism. The telescopic track mechanism comprises a chassis frame, a left track, a right track, a telescopic assembly and a track driving assembly; the telescopic assembly comprises a first-stage telescopic beam left arranged in one end of the chassis frame in a telescopic and sleeved mode, a first-stage telescopic beam right arranged in the other end of the chassis frame in a telescopic and sleeved mode, a second-stage telescopic beam left arranged in the first-stage telescopic beam left in a telescopic and sleeved mode and a second-stage telescopic beam right arranged in the first-stage telescopic beam right in a telescopic and sleeved mode. The first-stage telescopic driving assembly enables the first-stage telescopic beam to stretch out and draw back rightwards in a pulling mode, and the second-stage telescopic driving assembly enables the second-stage telescopic beam to stretch out and draw back leftwards and rightwards in a pulling mode; the crawler belt driving assembly is in driving connection with the first-stage telescopic beam left, the second-stage telescopic beam left is connected with a left crawler belt, and the second-stage telescopic beam right is connected with a right crawler belt. The two-way two-stage telescopic mechanism can realize two-way two-stage telescopic action and is high in stability.

本发明提供一种伸缩式履带机构。所述伸缩式履带机构包括底盘车架、左履带、右履带、伸缩组件和履带驱动组件；所述伸缩组件包括伸缩套设于所述底盘车架一端内部的一级伸缩梁左，伸缩套设于所述底盘车架另一端内部的一级伸缩梁右，伸缩套设于所述一级伸缩梁左内部的二级伸缩梁左，伸缩套设于所述一级伸缩梁右内部的二级伸缩梁右，以拉动的方式使一级伸缩梁右伸缩的一级伸缩驱动组件，及以拉动的方式使二级伸缩梁左和二级伸缩梁右伸缩的二级伸缩驱动组件；所述履带驱动组件与所述一级伸缩梁左驱动连接，所述二级伸缩梁左与左履带连接，所述二级伸缩梁右与右履带连接。本发明可实现双向双级伸缩动作，稳定性高。
