The invention discloses a vehicle control method, device and system based on a service-oriented software architecture. Power control related parameter configuration of a power control assembly is provided for a parameter configuration control end in a power control service form; receiving a power service request of the parameter configuration control end; and responding to the power service request, and sending a corresponding control instruction to the motor controller, so that power control related parameters can be flexibly selected and configured according to different driving groups, each customer can customize power performance, different driving styles can be realized, and customer satisfaction is improved.
