Abstract

The invention relates to a crawler-type transport vehicle for a coal mine ultra-narrow roadway, and belongs to the technical field of coal mine underground auxiliary transport equipment. The transport vehicle comprises a rack, a walking part, a carrying platform, a power system, a hydraulic control system and an electrical control system, the walking part is connected below the rack, the carrying platform is connected above the rack, the power system, the hydraulic control system and the electrical control system are connected in the rack, the power system is connected with the hydraulic control system and the electrical control system, and the hydraulic control system and the electrical control system are connected with the walking part. The width of a vehicle body of the transport vehicle is smaller than 1m, independent vehicle-mounted power, a crawler-type chassis, an open type carrying platform, a remote control operation and manual operation compatible driving mode and a mechanical unlocking type walking motor are adopted, and the transport vehicle can flexibly enter and exit narrow roadways and is high in road surface adaptability and operation safety. The problems of material conveying and pipeline operation in coal mine ultra-narrow roadways such as an excavation working face, an advance support area and a belt conveyor conveying roadway can be effectively solved.

本发明为一种煤矿超窄巷道用履带式运输车，属于煤矿井下辅助运输装备技术领域。该运输车包括机架、行走部、运载平台、动力系统、液压控制系统和电气控制系统；机架下方连接行走部，机架上方连接运载平台，机架内部连接动力系统、液压控制系统和电气控制系统，动力系统与液压控制系统和电气控制系统连接，液压控制系统和电气控制系统与行走部连接。该运输车车体宽度小于1m，采用独立式车载动力、履带式底盘、开阔式运载平台、遥控操纵和手动操纵兼容驾驶模式、机械解锁式行走马达，可灵活出入窄型巷道，路面适应性强，操纵安全性高，可有效解决采掘工作面、超前支护区域以及皮带机运输巷等煤矿超窄巷道内的物料运送和管路作业问题。
