The cable reel transferring and storing device comprises a base and two sets of main supporting systems, and the two sets of main supporting systems are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the base and are of the same structure; first wheel accommodating grooves are symmetrically formed in the lower surface of the base, and lifting wheels are arranged in the first wheel accommodating grooves; each group of main supporting system comprises two guide columns which are arranged left and right, a transverse supporting guide rail is vertically and slidably arranged between the two guide columns, a lifting driving device is further arranged on the base below the transverse supporting guide rail, and the output end of the lifting driving device is connected with the transverse supporting guide rail; a guide groove is horizontally formed in the upper end face of the transverse supporting guide rail in the left-right direction, a first cable reel supporting block is slidably arranged in the guide groove, and an arc-shaped cable reel rotating shaft first containing groove is formed in the upper end face of the first cable reel supporting block. The cable transfer trolley is suitable for outdoor short-distance transfer in an indoor environment or a narrow space, and a cable insulation layer is not prone to being damaged in the using process.

本发明公开了一种电缆盘转运存放装置及转运存放方法，包括底座和两组主支撑系统，两组主支撑系统对称设置在底座前后两侧且结构相同；底座下表面对称设置有第一车轮容置槽，第一车轮容置槽内设置有升降式车轮；每组主支撑系统均包括左右设置的两个导向柱，两个导向柱之间竖向滑动设置有横向支撑导轨，横向支撑导轨下方的底座上还设置有升降驱动装置，升降驱动装置的输出端与横向支撑导轨连接；横向支撑导轨上端面沿左右方向水平设置有导向槽，导向槽内滑动设置有第一电缆盘支撑块，第一电缆盘支撑块上端面设置有弧形的电缆盘转轴第一容置槽。本发明适用于室内环境或空间狭小的室外短途转运，且使用过程中不易对电缆绝缘层造成损伤。
