The invention provides a vehicle and a control device, and the vehicle is characterized in that the vehicle is provided with: a power supply unit in which a plurality of batteries are mounted; a motor driven by electric power from the power supply unit and capable of supplying regenerative electric power to the power supply unit; an acquisition unit that acquires status information of each of the plurality of batteries; a selection unit that selects, from among the plurality of batteries, a battery to which regenerative power of the motor is supplied; and a control unit that controls the selection unit so as to select, from among the plurality of batteries, a battery to which regenerative power is preferentially supplied to the motor, on the basis of the state information acquired by the acquisition unit.
