The invention relates to a tower drum transportation tool, a control method thereof and a tower drum transfer device. The tower drum transportation tool is used for being installed on a tower drum transfer tool, the tower drum transportation tool comprises a first support used for supporting the front end of a tower drum, and the bottom of the first support is provided with a spherical hinge so that the first support can rotate around the spherical hinge; the second support and the first support are arranged in a spaced mode, the second support is used for supporting the middle portion or the rear portion of the tower drum, and the second support is provided with a moving driving device for driving the second support to move on the tower drum transfer tool and a lifting driving device for driving the second support to ascend and descend. According to the tower drum transportation tool, the tower drum supported by the tower drum transportation tool can translate and/or ascend and descend, so that obstacles can be effectively avoided, and the transportation efficiency of the tower drum is improved.
