The invention relates to an emergency power management system of maneuvering equipment and a control method thereof. An emergency power management system of a motorized device may include: a fuse device connected with a battery and including a first circuit and a second circuit; a first fuse and a second fuse are respectively arranged in the first circuit and the second circuit, and the first fuse and the second fuse are connected in parallel; the thermal control switch is arranged between the first circuit and the second circuit; the thermal control switch is configured to establish an electrical connection with the first circuit in a normal situation, and to release the electrical connection with the first circuit and establish an electrical connection with the second circuit in an emergency situation; a determiner configured to determine an abnormality of the first fuse based on a current applied from the high-voltage battery or a voltage at an opposite end of the first fuse; and a controller configured to operate the thermal switch when an abnormality occurs in the first fuse.
