The invention discloses a base station information-based car moving telephone reminding method and system, the method is applied to a called terminal, and the method comprises the following steps: the called terminal receives a first connection request sent by a called base station; wherein the first connection request comprises an address matching identifier between the called base station and the calling base station; the called terminal obtains an address matching identifier in the first connection request and judges whether the address matching identifier conforms to a preset identifier; wherein the first connection request incoming call is forwarded to the target terminal in response to the fact that the address matching identifier is consistent with the preset identifier, so that the target terminal establishes a call with the calling terminal; and if the address matching identifier is not consistent with the preset identifier, not establishing a call between the target terminal and the calling terminal. According to the invention, under the condition that the personal information of the moved vehicle owner is not leaked, the call with the moved vehicle owner is established, and the moved vehicle owner is reminded of the vehicle moving call.
