According to the vehicle control method, the vehicle control parameters are adjusted in time according to the psychological data of the driver, and the vehicle is controlled to run according to the adjusted control parameters. The vehicle control method comprises the steps of determining first psychological data of a driver corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the first psychological data comprises emotion data and/or attention data; inputting the first psychological data into a control parameter adjustment model to obtain a first calculation control parameter; and adjusting the target vehicle based on the first calculation control parameter.
