The sliding block comprises a sliding block body (11) and a protrusion (12) arranged on one side of the sliding block body (11), sliding block ratchets (11a) are arranged on the arc-shaped peripheral wall of the sliding block body (11), and the sliding block ratchets (11a) are connected with the side wall of the protruding side of the sliding block body (11) in a right-angle mode and connected with the side wall of the reverse side of the protrusion in a round corner mode; peripheral walls (11b) on the two sides of the arc-shaped peripheral wall are used for abutting against the sliding groove wall of a sliding groove plate (2), and the peripheral walls (11b) are connected with the side wall of the protruding reverse side of the sliding block body (11) in a right-angle mode and connected with the side wall of the protruding side in a fillet mode.
