The invention provides a rack rail bogie and a rack rail train, and relates to the technical field of rack rail trains, the rack rail bogie comprises a wheel set assembly, a rack rail assembly and a rack rail assembly, the wheel set assembly comprises rack rail wheels; the toothed rail wheel is meshed with the line toothed rail; the lubricating system comprises a first lubricating device and a second lubricating device; the first lubricating device and the second lubricating device are both installed on the rack rail bogie. The first lubricating device is arranged corresponding to the first stress surface; and the second lubricating device is arranged corresponding to the second stress surface. The invention further provides a rack rail train based on the rack rail bogie, and the problem that in the prior art, rack rail wheels and line rack rails in a rack rail train are abraded is solved.
