Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel boring machines, and particularly relates to a crawler walking open type TBM applied to coal mine rock roadway construction. The technical problem that in the coal mine tunnel construction process of a conventional TBM machine, main machine head loading and steering are not flexible can be solved. Comprising a main girder and a cutterhead, a main driving system and a belt conveyor are mounted on the main girder, and the main driving system is connected with the cutter head; the main driving system and the cutterhead are both mounted in the shield, and the shield is hinged to the temporary support through a temporary support oil cylinder; a main pushing oil cylinder is installed on the main girder, a cylinder rod of the main pushing oil cylinder is connected with one end of a supporting shoe, and the other end of the supporting shoe is connected with a saddle frame through a tight supporting oil cylinder. The saddle frame can slide back and forth on the main girder through the extension and retraction of the main push oil cylinder; the lower portion of the saddle frame is connected with a crawler walking mechanism, an anchor rod drilling machine is installed on the main girder, and the anchor rod drilling machine is used in cooperation with a temporary support and used for anchor rod supporting at the first time.

本发明属于隧道掘进机技术领域，尤其涉及一种应用于煤矿岩巷施工的履带行走敞开式TBM。其可解决常规TBM机型在煤矿巷道施工过程中主机载头，转向不灵活的技术问题。包括主大梁及刀盘；所述主大梁上安装有主驱动系统及皮带机，所述主驱动系统与刀盘相连；且主驱动系统与刀盘均安装于护盾内，所述护盾通过一临时支护油缸与临时支撑相铰接；主大梁上安装有主推油缸，主推油缸的缸杆与撑靴的一端相连，撑靴的另一端通过撑紧油缸与鞍架连接；鞍架在主大梁上通过主推油缸的伸缩实现前后滑动功能；所述鞍架下方与一履带行走机构相连，在主大梁上安装有锚杆钻机，锚杆钻机和临时支撑配合使用，用于第一时间的锚杆支护。
