A double-motor two-gear speed reducer electric drive assembly comprises a first motor, a second motor, a first synchronizer and a second synchronizer, the first motor and the first synchronizer are coaxially arranged, the second motor and the second synchronizer are coaxially arranged, and the first synchronizer and the second synchronizer can be connected through a first gear sleeve. The gear shifting impact generated in the gear shifting process of the second-gear speed reducer is eliminated with the few parts and occupied space, meanwhile, the cost is greatly reduced, when one of the first motor and the second motor is disengaged, the other motor cannot be reversely dragged, and the gear shifting impact is reduced. And the problems that under the high-speed working condition, the energy consumption of an electric drive assembly is too high, and the endurance mileage is greatly reduced are solved, and the purpose of saving oil is achieved.
