The invention discloses a mechanical arm of an offshore operation and maintenance ship and a control method. The mechanical arm of the offshore operation and maintenance ship comprises a base, a stand column, a plurality of mechanical arms, an operation and maintenance cage, a driving mechanism and a controller. When the mechanical arm of the offshore operation and maintenance ship is used, the controller adjusts the operation and maintenance ship to be close to an offshore platform after receiving a boarding instruction; detecting the position of a climbing point; judging whether the boarding point is in a working range or not; in the working range, the personnel enter the transportation and maintenance cage; and the mechanical arm is adjusted, and the maintenance cage is transferred to the climbing point. The boarding is carried out after the process is judged by the controller, so that repeated debugging is not needed, and the boarding efficiency of the operation and maintenance ship is improved.
本发明公开了一种海上运维船机械臂以及控制方法,该海上运维船机械臂包括底座、立柱、多个机械臂、运维护笼、驱动机构和控制器。使用本发明的海上运维船机械臂时,控制器接收登靠指令后调整运维船靠近海上平台;探测登靠点的位置;判断该登靠点是否在工作范围内;当在工作范围内,人员进入运维护笼;调整机械臂,将运维护笼转运至登靠点。由于上述过程经过控制器判断好之后再进行登靠,因此,不需要反复调试,从而提高了运维船登靠的效率。
