The fabricated building intelligent hoisting equipment comprises a bottom plate, a rotating assembly is installed on the outer wall of the bottom of the bottom plate, a supporting arm is installed on the outer wall of the top of the rotating assembly, a first oil cylinder is hinged to one end of the supporting arm, and an angle adjusting assembly is hinged to one side wall of the supporting arm; one end of the angle adjusting assembly is hinged to the first oil cylinder, an electric hoist is installed on one side wall of the supporting arm, a lifting frame is clamped to one end of the electric hoist, a second sliding groove is formed in the outer wall of the top of the lifting frame, a movable plate is clamped to the lifting frame through the second sliding groove, and a toothed plate is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the bottom of the movable plate. Through arrangement of a power assembly, toothed plates, a moving plate, a second sliding groove and a first telescopic column, the power assembly drives the toothed plates to move oppositely through the first sliding groove, the toothed plates drive the moving plate to move through the second sliding groove, and the first telescopic column on one side wall of the moving plate makes contact with a building material; and therefore, the condition that the building material shakes when being hoisted is effectively prevented.

    本发明为一种装配式建筑智能吊装设备及方法,包括底板,底板的底部外壁上安装有旋转组件,旋转组件的顶部外壁上安装有支撑臂,支撑臂的一端铰接有第一油缸,支撑臂一侧壁上铰接有角度调节组件,角度调节组件的一端与第一油缸相铰接,支撑臂的一侧壁上安装有电葫芦,电葫芦的一端卡接有吊装架,吊装架的顶部外壁上开设有第二滑槽,吊装架通过第二滑槽卡接有移动板,移动板的底部外壁上固定安装有齿板,通过设置的动力组件、齿板、移动板、第二滑槽与第一伸缩柱,动力组件驱动齿板通过第一滑槽相向运动,齿板带动移动板通过第二滑槽移动,使得移动板一侧壁上的第一伸缩柱与建筑材料进行接触,从而有效防止建筑材料吊起时存在晃动的情况。
