The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle driving management system based on intelligent Internet of Things. The system comprises a license plate recognition module, a data center module, a data transmission module, a mobile terminal application module and a vehicle locking module. The mobile terminal application module collects license plate information of a registered owner in advance and sends the license plate information of a user to the data platform module for storage. The license plate recognition module recognizes license plate information and sends the license plate information to the data center module through the data transmission module. The data center module compares the received license plate information with a stored license plate, and the vehicle stopper is opened if the comparison succeeds; and the vehicle locking module receives the vehicle locking information of the mobile terminal application module, the service can lock the vehicle, and the vehicle stopper does not release the locked vehicle any more. The problems of low vehicle access efficiency and poor safety management and control in the existing community are solved.

本发明公开了一种基于智慧物联的智慧车行管理系统，所述系统包括：车牌识别模块、数据中台模块、数据传输模块、移动终端应用模块和锁车模块；所述移动终端应用模块提前采集登记业主的车牌信息，并将用户的车牌信息发送至数据中台模块进行储存；所述车牌识别模块识别车牌信息，并通过数据传输模块将车牌信息发送至数据中台模块；所述数据中台模块将接收到的车牌信息与储存的车牌进行比对，比对成功则打开挡车器；所述锁车模块接收移动终端应用模块的锁车信息，业务能够对自己的车进行锁定，挡车器不再放行被锁定的车辆。本发明解决了现有社区车辆出入效率低、安全管控差的问题。
