The invention discloses a positioning mechanism for an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder of a rotary cylinder sail and the rotary cylinder sail. The positioning mechanism for the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder of the rotary cylinder sail comprises a positioning wheel and a track, wherein the positioning wheel can horizontally swing around a positioning shaft under driving; the track is correspondingly arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder and is in sliding connection with the positioning wheel; and the positioning shaft is fixed relative to the inner cylinder, and the positioning wheel is ejected out or retracted from a through hole of the inner cylinder when swinging so as to be switched between an ejection positioning station and an avoiding mounting station. The positioning mechanism has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, the positioning wheel is matched with the track, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder of the rotary cylinder sail can be positioned, under the action of the air cylinder, when the rotary cylinder sail encounters extremely severe conditions and the outer cylinder shakes, the outer cylinder can be elastically supported so that the inclination process of the outer cylinder is slowed down, the output end of the air cylinder is in an ejection state all the time, and the outer cylinder of the rotary cylinder sail is supported and fixed through the supporting arm and the positioning wheel; and the outer cylinder can be prevented from shaking greatly when the outer cylinder rotates so that the rotating cylinder sail is kept stable in the working process.

本发明公开了一种旋筒帆内筒和外筒的定位机构及旋筒帆，一种旋筒帆内筒和外筒的定位机构包括受驱动可绕定位轴水平摆动的定位轮，对应设置在外筒内壁与定位轮滑动连接的轨道；定位轴相对于内筒固定，定位轮摆动时自内筒的穿孔中顶出或缩回以在顶持定位工位和避让安装工位切换，本发明的有益效果是结构简单，通过定位轮与轨道配合，可以对旋筒帆的内筒与外筒进行定位，并且在气缸的作用下，可以在旋筒帆遭遇极端恶劣情况而外筒出现晃动时对外筒进行弹性支撑，使外筒的倾斜过程变缓，气缸的输出端始终处于顶出状态，并通过支撑臂与定位轮，对旋筒帆的外筒起到支撑和固定的作用，可在外筒旋转时防止外筒出现大幅度晃动，使旋筒帆工作过程中保持稳定。
