The invention discloses a train entering and exiting monitoring method and device and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps that an image data set on a station track when a train enters and exits a garage is obtained, wherein the image data set comprises multiple pieces of image data, and the image data are data corresponding to the entering and exiting behaviors of the train; according to the image data set, multiple pieces of entering and exiting information and multiple pieces of position information of the train are obtained, the entering and exiting information comprises the train number of the train, and the position information is used for representing the parking position of the train on a station track when the train enters; and according to the multiple pieces of entering and exiting information and the multiple pieces of position information, target entering and exiting information and target position information of the train are obtained. The method can safely, accurately and efficiently obtain the target in-out information and the target position information when the train enters and exits the garage.
