The invention discloses a preparation method of a C/Cu composite pantograph slide plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out hydrophilization, surface roughening, sensitization and activation treatment on the surface of graphite powder; (2) placing the graphite powder in a copper-containing plating solution for chemical plating, and carrying out vacuum drying after cleaning to obtain copper-plated graphite powder; (3) carrying out hydrogen reduction treatment on the copper-plated graphite powder; and (4) uniformly mixing the copper-plated graphite powder with electrolytic copper powder, sintering by adopting a vacuum hot pressing method, and taking out after the temperature is reduced to obtain the C/Cu composite pantograph slide plate. The invention further discloses the C/Cu composite pantograph slide plate prepared by the method. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, short in production period and low in energy consumption, and the prepared C/Cu composite pantograph slide plate has excellent wear resistance and small friction factor.
本发明公开了一种C/Cu复合材料受电弓滑板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)对石墨粉末表面进行亲水化、表面粗化、敏化、活化处理;(2)将石墨粉末置于含铜镀液中进行化学镀,清洗后真空干燥,得到镀铜石墨粉:(3)对镀铜石墨粉进行氢气还原处理;(4)将镀铜石墨粉与电解铜粉混合均匀,采用真空热压方法进行烧结,待温度冷却后取出得到C/Cu复合材料受电弓滑板。本发明还公开了上述方法制备得到的C/Cu复合材料受电弓滑板。本发明的制备方法,制备方法工艺简单、生产周期短、能耗低,制备得到的C/Cu复合材料受电弓滑板,具有优异的耐磨性,并且摩擦因数小。
